The vacuum tube phono preamplifier BASIC is a two-stage amplifier with a cascode configuration designed in A-class quality with a single-stage passive RIAA correction, suitable for MM (moving magnet) and MC (moving coil) cartridges. The selective input impedance and capacity allow precise adjustments of the cartridge (but only for certain MC-types). Input and output circuits are unbalanced featuring high-qulity RCA (cinch) connectors NEUTRIK. The solid metal housing ensures perfect cooling and mechanical durability against shock and other undesirable impacts. The amplifier features the E88CC type vacuum tubes.
